Responsibilities: to promote awareness in all stakeholders of the importance of value in our program; to create understanding within SCIRT and the Delivery Teams of the key value components in the infrastructure rebuild, as identified in the Value Management Plan; to monitor and report on value achievements against those components.

Most looking forward to: full deployment of all available design and construction resources; community awareness and acceptance of the size and momentum of the rebuild in peak delivery capacity; planned minimal impact on neighbours and roading systems as work progresses throughout the program; satisfaction of the needs of the infrastructure owners and operators; creating a design and construction legacy of best practice for infrastructure now and into the future; achieving best value in all infrastructure rebuild.
