Marshland Rd - Marshland - sewer works

As part of the earthquake rebuild work we are currently upgrading and replacing the wastewater pressure mains in Marshland Road between Shirley Road and No. 63 Marshland Road.

The work has already started as part of the emergency response. We wish to advise you that:

• We expect the work to take about seven weeks to complete, subject to favourable weather and on-site conditions.
• We will be working Monday between the hours of 7am to 6pm and on Saturday between the hours of 7am to 2pm. On rare occasions we may have to work on a Sunday or a public holiday to complete essential work.
• As part of this work, access to your property may be limited for periods of time. Please contact us on the number shown below if you have any specific access requirements that we need to consider e.g. the arrival of Nurse Maude, Meals on Wheels.
• This work may result in some dust and noise, and some disruption to traffic flows.

We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we do this work.
